2018 YEAR-END Closeout

OH my!  It's been quite some time since I have posted and I apologize.  My CRAFTY life has been a little hectic and as I reflect on 2018, it definitely was a BUSY one.  The last few weeks I have been challenged with an illness that made the holidays VERY low key.  I am happy to report that I am doing much better.   You will see shortly why this was my desk for addressing Christmas Cards.  Did you receive one from me?  If not, email me at mjcarrion@comcast.net with your mailing address and I would LOVE to send you one!


I pray your holidays were blessed.   Here is a pic of me as a child.  My mom said it was from either Kindergarten or 1st grade.  Great "note to self" label your pictures and especially who they are -- especially if they look alike.  There are not many pictures of me as a child, therefore you know why I take a million pictures of everything and everyone.  AND why I cherish photographs SO MUCH!

My granddaughters bought me this adorable cart!  Can you believe I didn't own one?  So I quickly loaded it up.  Even though I have my CRAFT ROOM, I do craft everywhere in my home.  This will be so awesome to roll wherever I craft.  I loaded it up with all my pens from all over (Yes, I have a LOVE for pens), markers (except my Stampin'Up! - if you have an idea of how to store them in this cart horizontally PLEASE share), tools, washi, notepads and adhesives.  WELL this kicked off a craft room cleaning FRENZY and it's not even SPRING! 

My room was in desperate need and I am embarrassed to share, however this is what it looked like.  With so much going on and me running in and out from  various events, my CRAFT ROOM became a "Room of Piles" and can you imagine my frustration?  Amazingly I knew exactly where everything was when I needed it - HA!  OK, well most of the time.  So far I have five boxes for donation to ART STREET and it's making my heart so happy!  I will share my 2019 CRAFT ROOM REVEAL in a future post.
